How does AI meal recognition work?

Take a photo of your meal and our AI analyzes the food to estimate calories and macronutrients. For best results, make sure your meal is well-lit and clearly visible.

Why isn't my step count updating?

ForgeFit uses your device's built-in motion sensors. Make sure you've granted the "Motion & Fitness" permission in Settings โ†’ ForgeFit. Restart the app if steps aren't appearing.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Go to the Profile tab โ†’ scroll down โ†’ tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

The camera isn't working for meal photos.

Make sure camera permission is enabled in Settings โ†’ ForgeFit โ†’ Camera. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your device.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?

ForgeFit is free to use. If you were charged for an in-app purchase in error, contact Apple Support directly through the App Store, or email us and we'll help you resolve it.
